Maury Davis, a specialist in church growth and leadership development, has served in high-level church leadership for almost thirty years. As a senior pastor, he has preached a message of grace and favor to the thousands under his ministry every week. Known for vision-casting and creating an atmosphere of excellence, he built an international ministry at his church to partner around the world, building over 2,000 churches in Kenya and schools and orphanages in India, Thailand, and many other nations. He has taken seriously the call to reach the lost. Maury now has a heart for training and equipping the next generation of pastors to better lead their congregations and grow their churches. 

Who would have thought, when in 1973 “student” Sam Chand was serving his college as janitor, cook and dishwasher that he would return in 1989 as “President” of the same college? Now as a leadership consultant, he serves leaders all over the world as they seek personal and organizational growth and change. He has authored 38 books on the subject of leadership, is the publisher of the AVAIL Journal, has been named to the top-30 Global Leadership Gurus list, and founded the Sam Chand Leadership Institute which trains leaders worldwide in both English and Spanish through a pay-what-you-can tuition model. He has been married to his wife, Brenda, since 1979 and together, they launched Dream Releaser Coaching in 2010 to train and certify professional coaches. Their vision is to help others succeed.

On December 31, 2016, Dr. Bowen decided to set the example of how to leave a thriving organization, to pursue his passion of helping others to live their dreams and to reach their desired destiny. He personally develops companies, corporations, businesses, pastors and ministries, worldwide, into 5 Star Quality.

Dr. Bowen has authored 13 books and his newest releases include; Beyond 5 Star Quality, The 5 Star Entrepreneur, and 5 Star Finances, which have become #1 selling books, selling thousands of copies in 7 countries.  He teaches how to provide greater excellence, customer service and financial freedom, not only in personal development but also in businesses, corporations, and/or churches.  Dr. Bowen resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Kathy.  He is the proud father of 2 sons, 2 amazing daughter-in-laws and is grandfather to 5 phenomenal grandchildren.

Jaime Loya serves as Senior and Founding Pastor of Cross Church (1995), a bilingual, multi-site ministry in the great state of Texas. Aside from his pastoral duties, Pastor Loya serves as a mentor and ministry consultant to other pastors in America and around the world. Pastor Loya is regarded as one of the leading and most influential Hispanic voices of this generation. He is an accomplished author, songwriter, and conference speaker. He and his wife, Rose Mary, are the proud parents of four adult children: Hannah and her husband Aldo, Sarah, Isaiah, and Josiah.

Mike Allard began preaching at 13 and has served in ministry for nearly five decades. He’s held roles as a youth and children’s pastor, District Youth Director, and currently serves as Lead Pastor of Crossroads Fellowship in Houston, Texas, where attendance has grown from 250 to over 1,300. He also serves as South Texas District Assistant Superintendent.

Pastor Mike is the author of Never Give Up! and Living in The Overflow, and has led his church to give over $1 million annually to missions. His greatest joy is his wife of 44+ years, Danielle, their three children, and twelve grandchildren.

Devin Henry is the founder of Character Connects, a children's a children's curriculum fcused on the intentional cultivation of Christian character traits and life skills in young people through various activities and teachings. This can involve using biblical characters, engaging in practical activities, and modeling Godly behavior to help children develop a strong moral foundation and relationship with Jesus.
